Logos Debate Team @ Radio Station 11Q 104.9

We had the opportunity to visit 11Q and meet with Danny Tagle, Live Connection Playlist. Danny is pro
Ecuador and is supporting the XVIII IDGE 2010. He will be transmitting the Quarter Finals "live", which will be held at UESS on September 10.

The question for the show was, if you were the president what 3 things would you change in Ecuador?
Among the answers were the economy, laws, educcation.

Our team members recorded cool messages asking for their favorite songs and sending messages to their BFF.
Logos Academy belongs to 11Q's Wall of Fame

Learning is about taking risks. Our visit to 11Q was a new experience, personally I have never been in a radio station. This was a valuable challenge because we didn´t know exactly how the dynamics was going to be. I must state that I was nervous when I was asked to also participate. As an educator I must also take risks and show students the wide range of learning possibilities and how this ECA enhances our curriculum.
Sharing these moments publicly gives me the sense of commitment into creating new paths to the future leaders of this country.
It has been a true honor to have endeavored all these awakenings. I have created links and contacts with as many virtual gadgets available.
I know for sure that I will always find news ways, methods and strategies to engage my worthy learners to as much information and knowledge that will foster virtual education.

That was a very fun day. I was nervous because that was was my first time in a radio station, anyways, that day I learned how my favorite radio program worked; we explored our opinions, and Danny´s too. We also recorded some special messages saying hi to our friends and asking for our favorite songs.
Hope you listen to my request. Finally I wish we could go another time, but this time to discuss something more related to teenagers and be able to talk with our deepest feelings.

I got a bunch of things to say about this.
The first one is to congratulate the whole team and Mrs. Jackie, you deserve to win and much more!
The second one is that finally Ecuador is taking its first step out of consumerism and ignorance. This country has been shutted up and this is a sample of what we (adolescents) can do. It just takes a while to realize that kids like us can make a whole change in this corrupted country. I think not just Logos is great forming a debate team but every person that fights for a right and for the correct reasons. This 11Q thing is just the star guys! Whole bunch of things will be waiting forward in the future hope you remember me when you're famous! jaja

it is a new experience and it lets the debate club to lose any kind of fear they could have because it is not a few audience like in a debate , it is a millions people audience , so this was good for them because helps them to get more confidence.
